A fantastic opportunity with our client and utilise your numerical and technical skills within an Operations Analyst position. You should continually be looking for ways to improve our current analytics and reporting, by developing new and existing solutions to help drive the function forward.

In this exciting opening you will use your team player ability and technical knowledge to contribute to design, implementation and process development of the operations team.

Role Responsibilities
Data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations to improve collections performance by continuously reviewing our internal strategies to maximise cash collection potential while minimising bad debt risks
Collate, manipulate, and analyse data to help drive customer campaigns
Assess portfolio performance against targets and key performance indicators
Analyse dialler data penetration, and adhere levels of telephony agents and recommend opportunities for improvement
Running pieces of ad-hoc analysis for internal and external colleagues and clients

Knowledge Skills & Experience
Essential

Strong analytical skills, able to interpret large datasets and identify trends
Experienced in the use of Business Intelligence, Analytical and Statistical packages (e.g. SQL, SAS, R-Studio, Python etc)
High level of attention to detail, prioritisation skills, and capable of working to deadlines
Desirable

Experience in working in a Collections/ Finance department or with credit risk bureau data
Experience in using technologies for modelling such as Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, CHAID, Random Forests, Gradient Boosting, Cluster Analysis, Discriminant Analysis, Bayesian Algorithms, Neural Networks, SVM, MARS
Education to degree level in a STEM subject would be advantageous
