My Client is looking for hardworking and self-motivated individuals to join their busy Field team.

As a Field Agent, you should be able to demonstrate good negotiation and objection handling skills, empathy, assertiveness, tact, resilience and have the ability to relate to people from a variety of different backgrounds.

The role will have full training provided and is available on a fully employed basis of 40 hrs weekly.

Your reward would be:

  • A basic package of £23,000.00 (includes a car allowance)

The role:

You will visit customers in arrears on behalf of major Energy and Water Utilities using your listening and negotiation skills to help achieve the best outcome by establishing their financial circumstances in order to agree the most appropriate solution based on their circumstances.

As you become more experienced, you will also support the installation of Pre-Payment meters under warrants obtained with your responsibility to oversee the installation with the assistance of an engineer and locksmith.

What you will require:

  • Clear CRB and a satisfactory Credit Check
  • Full and satisfactory employment references
  • Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle
  • Confident with the ability to work well under pressure and excellent communications skills
