DCS Recruitment are working in partnership with a national Enforcement Agency who are looking to recruit self-employed trainee and experienced certificated enforcement agents.
These positions are available due to their rapid expansion. What we are looking for; Professional, self-motivated and responsible candidates to represent the company and our clients. Strong communicators and negotiators, with the ability to show empathy, whilst being assertive. What does the role involve? This is a face to face field based role and you will be required to visit customers, both residential and commercial, for the purposes of resolving unpaid bills. You will be required to assist our clients in reengaging with their customers and will be required to collect payments. What they offer Enforcement Agents;- Financial support package prior and Industry leading training leading to certification;- Nationwide infrastructure and support whilst in the field;
– A self-employed field based role with realistic OTE and uncapped commission opportunities (£25-35k in 1st year)
– Extensive City & Guilds accredited training with ‘on the street’ mentoring and support through to and post certification;
– Excellent development opportunities
– You will be required to undertake a CCJ and CRB check
– You MUST have a full UK Driving Licence
